Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reburnfit. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as expected. Here's everything you need to know about our returns policy:

Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your Reburnfit order to return any unwanted products. You must first email us at 

Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

You can return any item(s) as long as they are in their original condition. Please note the following exceptions:
- All bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging.

Conditions for Refund
To receive a full refund, ensure that all items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that all returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Refund Processing Time
The time it takes to process your refund depends on the return courier's speed in delivering the items back to our warehouse. However, we guarantee that your return will be processed within 7 days once it reaches our warehouse.

Important Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- If a gift card was used for all or part of the order, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. Additionally, it may take up to 5 more days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
